The Inner Carniola-Karst statistical region (Slovene: Notranjsko-kraška statistična regija) is a statistical region in the south-west of Slovenia. Its most important features are Postojna Cave and the intermittent Lake Cerknica. It is one of the smallest regions of Slovenia and is the least densely populated. It represents only 2% of Slovenia’s national GDP.

The region includes the following municipalities: Bloke, Cerknica, Ilirska Bistrica, Loška Dolina, Pivka, and Postojna.

It has a total area of 1456 km².
